Overview
RuMe strives to make life a little easier, and a lot brighter, with products that help consumers maintain a more organized life, eco-friendly solutions to help you care about what you carry, and bright, fun patterns to bring color and cheer to your day. RuMe Rewards is the loyalty program for returning customers to RuMe.
The Task
I needed to revamp RuMe Rewards emails that were sent to customers when they completed actions such as earning points or referring a friend. The previous emails were outdated and no longer fit the brand.
The Solution
I redesigned 4 emails: Referral Receiver Reward, Referral Sender Reward, Customer Earned Points, and Customer Redeemed Points. The end result was easier to read and navigate as well as matched the new branding.
